Participating Developers means Lake Development Lincoln, LLC, Elliott Homes, Inc., Epick Homes, LLC, Silverado Hidden Hills, LLC, John Peck, and Pete Digiordano, all of whom advance-funded the costs to prepare the Infrastructure Financing Plan and are eligible for reimbursement through the Financing Plan Reimbursement Fee.
