Participating municipality and county means the municipality or municipalities, county or counties creating the local Mass Transit District pursuant to Section 3 of this Act.

Eligible municipality means any of the following:
Municipalities means cities, villages and incorporated towns. "Units of local government" means counties, municipalities, townships, special districts, and units, designated as units of local government by law, which exercise limited governmental powers or powers in respect to limited governmental subjects, but does not include school districts.
Participating States means a Member or non-Member State participating in a given Agency programme according to Article V.1 (a) and (b) of the European Space Agency Convention.

Participating Member State means any member state of the European Union that has the Euro as its lawful currency in accordance with legislation of the European Union relating to Economic and Monetary Union.
Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
the Community means both:
natural boundary means the visible high water mark of any lake, river, stream or other body of water where the presence and action of the water are so common and usual, and so long continued in all ordinary years, as to mark on the soil of the bed of the body of water a character distinct from that of its banks, in vegetation, as well as in the nature of the soil itself.

Participating Country’ means any country that the Association determines meets the requirements set forth in Section 10 of Resolution No. 183 of the Board of Governors of the Association, adopted on June 26, 1996; and ‘Participating Countries’ means, collectively, all such countries.”
Council of Ministers means the Council of Ministers of the Community established by Article 9 of the Treaty;
Participating Member States means the member states of the European Union that have the euro as their lawful currency in accordance with the legislation of the European Union relating to Economic and Monetary Union.
Agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela means an agency or instrumentality of a foreign state as defined in section
District board means the board of directors of the district.
