Participating State definition

Participating State means a state that has executed a Participating Addendum or has indicated an intent to execute a Participating Addendum.
Participating State means a state electing to participate in the uniform program by entering a base state agreement.
Participating State means any state which enacts legislation to become a member of this wildlife compact.
