Participating Network Pharmacy definition

Participating Network Pharmacy. Any pharmacy with whom we have entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical Services to Members. Plan: Xxxxxx Permanente.
Participating Network Pharmacy. Any pharmacy that has entered into an agreement with Health Plan or the Health Plan’s agent to provide pharmacy services to its Members.
