Examples of Parties’ Representatives in a sentence

  • The requesting Party shall communicate all change requests to the other Party in writing through the Parties’ Representatives indicated in Article 5.1 above.

  • The Parties’ Representatives shall meet without prejudice within 5 Days’ of receipt of the Dispute Notice by the Responding Party and they shall attempt in good faith to resolve such Dispute.

  • In the event of any dispute arising under this agreement (a “Dispute”), within 10 Days following the delivered date of a written request by either Party (a “Dispute Notice”), (i) each Party shall appoint a representative (individually, a “Party Representative”, and together, the “Parties’ Representatives”), and (ii) the Parties’ Representatives shall meet, negotiate and attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute quickly, informally and inexpensively.
