Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.
General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
General Partner Loan has the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c) hereof.
SAP Partner Code of Conduct means SAP Group’s global policy document that provides a set of informative guidelines to enable partners to comply with good business practices which is published on SAP’s partner-dedicated website.
Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program. A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.
Apprenticeship sponsor means an entity operating an apprenticeship program or an entity in whose name an apprenticeship program is being operated, which is registered with or approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.
General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.
Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement or contract between the company and the person employed as an apprentice, and if he/she is a minor, his/her parents or guardian, which agreement or contract shall be approved by the secretary of a local Joint Apprenticeship Committee and registered with the registration agency.
Partnership at will means a partnership in which the partners have not agreed to remain partners until the expiration of a definite term or the completion of a particular undertaking.
Nonparticipating manufacturer means any tobacco product manufacturer that is not a participating manufacturer.
Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Surviving General Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(d)(i)(A).
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.2.
Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.
Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.
Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.
General Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner, in its capacity as general partner. A General Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units.
Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.
Housing Provider means, with respect to a HOME Development, Local Government, consortia approved by HUD under 24 CFR Part 92, for-profit and Non-Profit Developers, and qualified CHDOs, with demonstrated capacity to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing.
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Apprenticeship means the training and (where applicable) end point assessment for an employee as part of a job with an accompanying skills development programme;
IDRs means the rights to the incremental ability, resulting from the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities, to inject energy and capacity at a point on the Transmission System, such that the injection satisfies the deliverability requirements of a Capacity Resource. Incremental Deliverability Rights may be obtained by a generator or a Generation Interconnection Customer, pursuant to an IDR Transfer Agreement, to satisfy, in part, the deliverability requirements necessary to obtain Capacity Interconnection Rights.
Public schools means the schools and other institutions mentioned in subsection
Nonparticipating provider means a person, health care provider, practitioner, facility, or entity, acting within their scope of practice, that does not have a written contract to participate in a managed health care system's provider net- work, but provides health care services to enrollees of pro- grams authorized under this chapter or other applicable law whose health care services are provided by the managed health care system.
Demand side management means the management of customer
Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;
