Partner Nonrecourse Liability definition

Partner Nonrecourse Liability means any Partnership liability (a) that is considered nonrecourse under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1001-2 or for which the creditor's right to repayment is limited to one or more assets of the Partnership and (b) for which no Partner or Related Person bears the economic risk of loss under Treasury Regulation Section 1.752-2.
Partner Nonrecourse Liability means any liability to the extent such liability is nonrecourse to the Company and a Member (or related person) bears the economic risk of loss as set forth in Regulations Section 1.704-2(b)(4).
Partner Nonrecourse Liability means any partnership liability, to the extent the liability is non-recourse for purposes of §1.1001-2, and a partner or related person (within the meaning of §1.752-4(b)) bears the economic risk of loss under §1.752-2 because, for example, the partner or related person is the creditor or a guarantor. Examples of Partner Nonrecourse Liability in a sentence

  • An amount determined by first computing for each Partner Nonrecourse Liability any gain the Company would realize if it disposed of the Company Property subject to that liability for no consideration other than full satisfaction of the liability, and then aggregating the separately computed gains.

  • Partner Nonrecourse Deductions for any Company fiscal year shall be allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss for the Partner Nonrecourse Liability to which such deductions are attributable, or among all the Members who bear the economic risk of loss for such liability according to the ratio in which they bear such economic risk of loss.
