Party Operator definition

Party Operator means any Party or any of its Affiliates or, in the case where BG exercises its rights pursuant to Section 3.5(d) or Section 3.6(e), BG’s designee, serving in the role of operator under any Applicable Operating Agreement. In the case of BG’s designee, BG shall cause such designee to abide by the provisions of this Agreement applicable to a Party Operator in all respects.
Party Operator means CONSOL Operator and/or Noble Operator, as appropriate.
Party Operator has the meaning given to it in the Joint Development Agreement.

  • All notices required of Landlord under this Lease shall be forwarded only to Tenant in accordance with the terms of this Lease and in no event shall Landlord be required to send any notices to any Third Party Operator.

  • Upon request from Landlord, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any agreement between Tenant and the Third Party Operator and the insurance required to be maintained by Third Party Operator prior to the Third Party Operator being allowed access to the Premises by Tenant.

Party Operator means the Company or any Joint Entity serving in the role of operator under any Applicable Operating Agreement, or as a Contract Operator or any Person mutually agreed to by the Development Parties pursuant to Section 3.4(d).
Party Operator shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.4(b)(ii).
