Facility Operator definition

Facility Operator means a person that controls the operation of a facility.
Facility Operator means a public or private organization, corporation, or agency that operates a regional disposal facility in South Carolina.
Facility Operator means any person who owns an underground facility or is in the business of supplying any utility service or commodity for compensation. "Facility operator" does not include a utility customer who owns a service lateral that terminates at a facility operator's main utility line.

More Definitions of Facility Operator

Facility Operator means any tenant (an “Operating Tenant”) under a lease with Borrower (as landlord) of all or substantially all of the Facility, as well as any manager or Facility Operator pursuant to a Contract with Borrower or with an Operating Tenant.
