Patient Referrals. The parties agree that the benefits to the PC hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangements for the provision of any item or service offered by MANAGEMENT SERVICES or any Affiliate, as defined in Section 8.21 of this Agreement, of MANAGEMENT SERVICES to any of the PC’s Patients in any facility or laboratory controlled, managed or operated by MANAGEMENT SERVICES or any Affiliate of MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
