Patient Services definition

Patient Services means services rendered by the Customer to its Patients relating to the use of QbCheck. Patient Services include, but are not limited to, clinical decisions based inter alia on test results from QbCheck.
Patient Services means the following services provided by the Transferor:
Patient Services means those which vary with the number of personnel; professional and para-professional skills of the personnel; specialized equipment, and reflect the intensity of the medical and psycho-social needs of the patients. Patient services shall as a minimum include: (1) physical services; (2) nursing services, including restorative nursing; (3) medical direction and patient care planning; (4) health related supportive and habilitative services and all similar services required by either the laws of the State of Illinois or one of its political subdivisions or municipalities or by Title XIX of the Social Security Act.

Patient Services. Practitioners must speak fluent English or have access to an interpreter.
Patient Services means health and health-related services provided to a client under or as a consequence of the Agreement, being the services (if any) described as “Patient Services” in Item 2 of Schedule 2.

For the avoidance of doubt, Patient Services does not include outbound calling to patients; further, in connection with Patient Services, CareMD shall act in accordance with CareMD`s Documentation (which may change from time to time, and is subject to applicable law), but shall not file any lawsuit for collection. CareMD will send 3 patient statements for outstanding patient balances. If the balance remains unpaid at the end of 90 days Licensee will be notified about these accounts
Patient Services means all Appointed Services designated in the Valid Booking and for the avoidance of doubt to the extent relevant and necessary include all such services comprised within the Clinical Service for which that Patient Booking is made;
Patient Services means services described in any Program Addendum, and may include analytic services from Patient Data as defined in Section 6, below.
