Development Services. “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

More Definitions of Development Services

Development Services has the meaning set forth in Section 1(b) of the RRD Services Agreement.

Development Services means the development and related services as requested by Amedica relating to the conceptualization, development, testing, approval and related matters involving the Devices more fully described in Section 2, below.

Development Services has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.1.

Development Services means design, development, and set-up services as necessary to modify existing Xcarx.xxx xxxhnology, trade secrets and know-how to produce the Xcarx.xxx Xxxtware and other elements of the Client Web Site, and/or any other consulting services rendered hereunder as identified in the appropriate schedules ("Schedule(s)") attached hereto.
