Pawn Shop definition

Pawn Shop means the use of a building, or portion of a building, for the business of taking goods or chattels excluding the sale of firearms in pawn whether or not the provisions of the Pawnbrokers Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 350, as amended or replaced from time to time, apply to the business.
