  • Such report shall include, at a minimum, the following: ▪ The Goods and/or Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier); ▪ Per unit quantities sold; ▪ Items and volumes purchased by Purchaser; ▪ Shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser; and ▪ Contract price.
