Examples of The Goods in a sentence
Such report shall include, at a minimum, the following: ▪ The Goods and/or Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier); ▪ Per unit quantities sold; ▪ Items and volumes purchased by Purchaser; ▪ Shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser; and ▪ Contract price.
The Goods will remain at the risk of the Supplier until Delivery to UKRI (including unloading) is complete and the Supplier has obtained sign-off of the Delivery Note by or on behalf of UKRI.
The Goods delivered under this Agreement shall remain the property of Supplier until acceptance by County.
The Goods and Services shall at all times be subject to inspection, testing and expediting by ▇▇▇▇▇.
The Goods and Services shall be free from any faults and defects, failing which, ADA may elect to either reject any such Goods and Services without any liability whatsoever to the Supplier, or, to require the Supplier to replace, repair or make good any faults, defects or non-conformance with stated specifications and requirements, at its own cost and expense.
