Payee Parties definition

Payee Parties means any member of the Honeywell Group or its Representatives, or any of the heirs, executors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Payee Parties in a sentence

  • The release set forth in Section 2 above shall apply only to the claims expressly released thereby, and not to any other claims of any of the Payee Parties now existing or arising from time to time hereafter.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.
