The Paying Party shall, at the Receiving Party’s cost and expense, do all such lawful acts and things and sign all such lawful deeds and documents as the Receiving Party may reasonably request to enable the Paying Party to avail itself of any applicable legal provision or any double taxation treaties with the goal of paying the sums due to the Receiving Party hereunder without minimizing any Withholding Taxes.
The Receiving Party shall provide the Paying Party any tax forms that may be reasonably necessary in order for the Paying Party to withhold tax or to withhold tax at a reduced rate under an applicable bilateral income tax treaty.
