Payment Annex definition

Payment Annex means the Annex titled “Annex 2 – Payment Annex”;
Payment Annex means, unless expressly stated otherwise, an annex to the Contract Document(s) which specifies fees and hourly rates which are claimable for Contract Work;

  • In consideration of the Contractor satisfactorily completing all of its obligations under the Contract, the Contractor will be paid a firm price indicated in the Basis of Payment Annex " B" for the Known Work.

  • You should note that an Upper Limit specified in the Payment Annex applies to work undertaken under this Unit of Work and operates as a Costs Limitation.

  • Payment Ahead means, with respect to a Precomputed Receivable and a Collection Period, any Excess Payment (not representing, when added to any Deferred Prepayment with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, a prepayment in full of such Precomputed Receivable) which the Servicer, in accordance with its customary servicing practices, will apply towards the payment of Scheduled Payments due in one or more future Collection Periods.

  • Structured settlement annuity means an annuity purchased in order to fund periodic payments for a plaintiff or other claimant in payment for or with respect to personal injury suffered by the plaintiff or other claimant.

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Early Payment Date (k means the "Early Payment Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Make-Whole Payment means, with respect to any Series 2015-1 Note on any Optional Repurchase Distribution Date, the pro rata share with respect to such Series 2015-1 Note of the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Discounted Values for each Remaining Distribution Amount with respect to each Applicable Distribution Date over (y) the Series 2015-1 Invested Amount as of such Optional Repurchase Distribution Date (determined after giving effect to any payments made pursuant to Section 2.5(a) on such Distribution Date).

  • Swap Termination Payment Upon the designation of an “Early Termination Date” as defined in the Swap Agreement, the payment to be made by the Swap Administrator to the Swap Provider from payments from the Trust Fund, or by the Swap Provider to the Swap Administrator for payment to the Trust Fund, as applicable, pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement.

  • Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Early Termination Payment is defined in Section 4.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

  • Early Termination Schedule is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Estimated Swap Termination Payment means, with respect to an Early Termination Date, an amount determined by Party A in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner as the maximum payment that could be owed by Party B to Party A in respect of such Early Termination Date pursuant to Section 6(e) of the ISDA Master Agreement, taking into account then current market conditions.

  • Interest Payment Determination Date means the Interest Accrual Period End Date at the end of each Interest Accrual Period; provided that the Interest Payment Determination Date with respect to the final Interest Accrual Period will be the Rate Cut-off Date.

  • Payment Date Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(b).

  • Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.

  • Payment Terms for a Supply Point means the Payment Method and Payment Period for it;

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;
