Payment Instruction definition

Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

Payment Instruction means an Instruction to pay money or otherwise to debit or credit any of the Accounts with any amount;

Examples of Payment Instruction in a sentence

• In certain circumstances, our Service Provider may either advance funds drawn on their corporate account or via an electronic debit, and in such circumstances will attempt to debit the Eligible Transaction Account a second time to complete the Payment Instruction.

• You may initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via Zelle.

• You also authorize us to credit your Eligible Transaction Account for the receipt of payments, including but not limited to those payments returned to us from Receivers to whom you sent payment(s) and those payments that were cancelled and returned to you because the processing of the Payment Instruction could not be completed.

• Zelle Payment Service payments where the Site indicates payment will require more than a Business Day, you understand and agree that when you initiate a Payment Instruction from an Eligible Transaction Account, the processing of the Payment Instruction will begin and the debiting of your Eligible Transaction Account will occur as early as the day of such initiation.
