Payment Instruction definition

Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

Payment Instruction means an Instruction to pay money or otherwise to debit or credit any of the Accounts with any amount;

Examples of Payment Instruction in a sentence

• In the event of an unauthorised or incorrectly executed Payment Transaction, IFX shall refund the amount of the unauthorised or incorrectly executed Payment Transaction to the Customer and where applicable, restore the E-Money Account to the state it would have been in had the unauthorised Payment Instruction not taken place, by ensuring that the credit value date is no later than the end of the business day on which IFX becomes aware of the unauthorised or incorrectly executed Payment Transaction.

• The Service Fees will arise and be payable at the time any Payment Instruction to which the Service Fee relates is facilitated or effected (or attempted to be facilitated or effected) by us.

• In such circumstances where an executed Payment Instruction was incorrect (but in accordance with the Customer’s instructions), IFX will, at its discretion, seek to reverse the erroneous payment, but shall have no obligation to or liability for failing to do so.

• If you elect for fees to be deducted from your E-Money Account at the point of provision of the Services, the Charges will only become payable after the Payment Instruction has been fulfilled.

• IFX shall have no liability to the Customer whatsoever in the event it cancels a Payment Instruction in accordance with this clause 4.3.

More Definitions of Payment Instruction

Payment Instruction or ‘AS payment instruction’ means a credit instruction or a debit instruction,
