Payment Processing Services definition

Payment Processing Services means the following services to be provided by NT: (i) capturing payment transactions, including SWIFT and SEPA transfers, Alternative Payment Method, direct debit transaction or debit and credit cards which are Visa and MasterCard; and (ii) submitting transactions set out in (i) above, to or on behalf of the validly registered MERCHANT through wire or Alternative Payment Provider via the relevant Association for clearing and settlement, direct or indirect via an Acquiring Bank, for which settlement takes place pursuant to the terms of the Agreement

Payment Processing Services means providing a person, directly or indirectly, with the means used to charge or debit accounts through the use of any payment method or mechanism, including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, stored value cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits, and payment orders, whether accomplished through the use of software or otherwise.

Payment Processing Services means with respect to a non- bank person, providing a person, directly or indirectly, with the means used to charge or debit accounts through the use of any payment mechanism, including, but not limited to, remotely created payment orders, remotely created checks, ACH debits, or debit, credit, prepaid, or stored value cards, whether accomplished through the use of software or otherwise, and includes, among other things–

• In the event COMPANY, BPPR, and all of their respective Subsidiaries cease to offer any service included in the definition of “Restricted Payment Processing Services” to any of its Clients, such service shall no longer be included in the list of Restricted Payment Processing Services and EVERTEC shall be permitted to offer such service without any restriction.

More Definitions of Payment Processing Services

Payment Processing Services means the services FDMS and/or its Affiliates provide to FDMS Merchants, including but not limited to authorization, data capture, processing, settlement and reconciliation of credit and debit card transactions.

Payment Processing Services means the payment processing services offered by PayPal which provide merchants with the ability to accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods on a website or mobile application. These services include Gateway Services, a Bank- sponsored Merchant Account, Fraud Maintenance Tools (each as defined in this Agreement), recurring billing functionality, payment card storage, foreign currency acceptance, white glove customer support, and other software, APIs and services and technology as described on the Braintree website.

Payment Processing Services means accepting, maintaining, holding, or distributing funds, or facilitating the acceptance, maintenance, holding, or distribution of funds, on behalf of a consumer for the purpose of facilitating debt settlement services.

Payment Processing Services means the ability for you to submit, manage, and complete Transactions with your Customers via the Services, and "Payment Processing Service Providers" means payment processors that Podium uses to enable the Payment Processing Services.

Payment Processing Services shall have the meaning provided in the first recital of this Agreement.
