Processing Services definition

Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

Processing Services means all services provided under this Agreement, as further set forth on Schedule A, attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein.

Examples of Processing Services in a sentence

• All Merchant Information and documentation provided by Merchant in connection with the GivexPay Services and Processing Services as part of the Registration process or any subsequent inquiry or request, must be complete, up-to-date and accurate in all respects.

• Merchant acknowledges and agrees that in order to comply with regulatory and Payment Card Network Rule requirements, Processor will need to have a direct contractual relationship with Merchant in order to be able to make the Processing Services available to Merchant and will need to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML) verifications with respect to Merchant in accordance with applicable laws and Scheme Rules.

• All Transaction Cancellations must be done through the GivexPay Services and Processing Services and may require the payment of certain service fees as set forth in the Acceptance Form and Order Form (if applicable).

• By registering, Xxxxxxxx hereby authorizes Givex to take any action together with Processor to enable Merchant to use the Processing Services, all in accordance with and subject to applicable laws, this Terms and Conditions, and the Processor Terms.

• Xxxxxxxx hereby authorizes Givex to instruct to establish and maintain (by itself or by financial institution partner(s)) a reserve amount as to be determined by Givex from time to time, to cover any amount that may become due from Merchant to Givex or Processor, including any expenses or losses, which may result from existing or expected Transaction Cancellations, Customer complaints, and Merchant’s activity through the GivexPay Services and Processing Services (“Reserve”).

Processing Services means the Services.

Processing Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1(a).

Processing Services means the equipment, operational support and/or software relating to the acceptance, transmittal, processing, storage and collection of check transactions and/or electronic payments (Electronic Funds Transfer – EFT). Creation of electronic files (ACH or Check21) whereby financial institutions can move funds from one account to another.  “Receiver” - shall have the same meaning as that provided in the NACHA policies and guidelines.

Processing Services which means: (i) the receipt of Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs Tendered by or on behalf of Customer at the Receipt Points; (ii) the processing and/or treatment of such Customer Gas; (iii) the fractionation and/or treatment of NGLs; (iv) the redelivery of Residue Gas and NGLs produced from the processing, fractionation and/or treatment, as applicable, of Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs and allocable to Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof (such Residue Gas, “Customer Residue Gas”, and such NGLs, “Customer NGLs”) at the relevant Delivery Points (as Nominated by Customer) for Customer’s account, with an equivalent Thermal Content to such Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs, less System Fuel and Losses allocated to Customer in accordance with this Agreement; (v) the metering of such Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs at the Receipt Points; and (vi) the metering of such Customer Residue Gas and Customer NGLs at the Delivery Points (other than the Loading Points);

Processing Services means all or part of the services offered to the Shipper by Nyhamna Joint Venture in the Transportation System.

Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

Processing Services has the meaning specified in the Master Operating Agreement.
