Payment to Noteholders definition

Payment to Noteholders. Any payment to be made in respect of the Current Issuer Notes by the Current Issuer or the Note Trustee may be made in the manner provided in the Current Issuer Conditions and any payment so made shall be a good discharge, to the extent of such payment, to the Current Issuer or the Note Trustee, as the case may be.

  • Senior Noteholders means the holders of the Senior Notes.

  • A-2 Noteholders means the holders of record of the A-2 Notes.
