Examples of Class A-4 Noteholder in a sentence
Nothing in clause 7.1(i) of the Master Trust Deed limits any right of a Class A-1 Noteholder, a Class A-2 Noteholder, a Class A-3 Noteholder or a Class A-4 Noteholder under the US$ Note Trust Deed to compel the Trustee, the Manager or the US$ Note Trustee to comply with their respective obligations under the US$ Note Trust Deed.
Any payment to be made to a Class A-1 Noteholder, a Class A-2 Noteholder, a Class A-3 Noteholder or a Class A-4 Noteholder under this Deed may be made to the US$ Note Trustee or a Paying Agent on behalf of that Class A-1 Noteholder, that Class A-2 Noteholder, that Class A-3 Noteholder or that Class A-4 Noteholder, as the case may be.
Any notice to be given to a Class A-1 Noteholder, a Class A-2 Noteholder, a Class A-3 Noteholder or a Class A-4 Noteholder under this Deed may be given to the US$ Note Trustee on behalf of that Class A-1 Noteholder, that Class A-2 Noteholder, that Class A-3 Noteholder or that Class A-4 Noteholder, as the case may be.
The Issuing Entity and the Securities Administrator (in accordance with Section 6.07 hereof), by entering into this Indenture, and each Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Noteholder, by its acceptance of its Note (and each Beneficial Owner by its acceptance of an interest in the applicable Book-Entry Note), agree to treat such Classes of Notes for federal, state and local income, single business and franchise tax purposes as indebtedness.
Each Class A-4 Noteholder agrees that it will cause any Person acquiring an interest in a Class A-4 Note through it to acknowledge the Class A-4 Notes' characterization as indebtedness and to treat the Class A-4 Notes as indebtedness for such tax purposes.
