Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.
Commercial Partners means any third party with whom a contract is lawfully concluded for the exploitation of the Commercial Rights;
Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
Strategic Partner means (i) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with book equity of at least U.S. $200,000,000, (ii) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with sales of at least U.S. $150,000,000, or (iii) a publicly traded, or division or subdivision of a publicly traded, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with market capitalization in excess of U.S. $200,000,000.
Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.
Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.
General Partners means all such Persons.
Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Support Partners – means any successful vendor who entered into partnership agreement with CIPC and/or its clients for the provision of support services to a specific solution.
General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.
ESC means erosion and sediment control.
Limited Partners means all such Persons.
LP means the aggregate quantity of Lost Production during such Month (expressed in MWh) and
CREST means the system for the paperless settlement of trades and the holding of uncertificated securities operated by EUI in accordance with the Uncertificated Regulations, as amended from time to time.
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
Blackstone means collectively, The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any Affiliate thereof (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund).
Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;
Limited partnership means a limited partnership registered or formed under any law in force in Singapore or elsewhere;
Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.
GS shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
