DS. Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Examples of DS in a sentence

• For the first year of each license of each DS Offering, ALC is due together with the PLC or TBL, as applicable.

• The following provisions will apply if DS provides to Customer one or more Sentinels and/or Dongles in connection with Customer’s licensed use of Licensed Programs.

• The DS Offerings composing such Configuration or Package shall only be operated together.
