PCS Systems definition

PCS Systems means the wireless cellular telecommunication systems offering "Personal Communication Services" authorized under Part 24 of the FCC Rules (47 C.F.R. Sections 24.1 et seq.).
PCS Systems means all of the mobile communications systems owned and operated by WPCS, its Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures.
PCS Systems means radio communications systems authorized under the FCC Rules for broadband personal communications services designated as Subpart E of Part 24 of the FCC Rules, including the network, marketing, distribution, sales, customer interface and operations functions relating thereto, or any business or enterprise which resells PCS Services.

  • In addition, AT&T PCS agrees to use all commercially reasonable efforts to enable the Company to become a party to the roaming agreements between AT&T PCS and its Affiliates and operators of other Cellular Systems and PCS Systems or, subject to the Company agreeing to the obligations thereunder, entitled to the rights and benefits of AT&T PCS under such roaming agreements.

  • The Vendor warrants that, for a period ending three (3) years from the Final Acceptance of the last PCS System within the Initial System (the "System Warranty Period"), the ongoing performance of each PCS System together with all other PCS Systems and PCS Sub-Systems within the System will conform with and perform to the performance criteria set forth on Exhibit F as of the date of the Final Acceptance of such PCS System based on the circumstances within such PCS System on such date.

  • The Vendor must carry out the Acceptance Tests on the Products, the PCS Systems and the PCS Sub-Systems as specified in Exhibit B3 and each PCS System and PCS Sub-System must successfully achieve acceptance (including Substantial Completion and Final Acceptance) in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B3.

  • The Owner is hereby granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as set forth in subsections 11.4 and 27.4), fully paid-up, multi-site (capability to have deployed Software in any number of sites) right to use license for the Software ("RTU License"), to operate the Products provided in each of the PCS Systems and/or PCS Sub-Systems, as the case may be, and the System as a whole, subject to payment of any license fees in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

  • The Owner will make its Test-bed Laboratory and/or certain of its PCS Systems and/or PCS Sub-Systems (following Final Acceptance thereof) available to the Vendor for any such testing in which the Owner has the right, and will have notified the Vendor of its desire, to participate in pursuant to the terms of this subsection 2.

  • As part of the RF Engineering, the Vendor will establish "search rings" in each of the PCS Systems and/or PCS Sub-Systems that will specify areas in which the Owner may proceed with Site Acquisition.

  • The forecasts provided by the Vendor pursuant to this subsection 6.5 must be in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the Owner of the nature of the costs to be incurred for each of RF Engineering and Facilities Preparation Services in each of the PCS Systems and/or any PCS Sub-Systems in which such Services are being provided by the Vendor and/or any of its Subcontractors pursuant to the terms of this Contract.


More Definitions of PCS Systems

PCS Systems means wireless PCS systems using the "C" block and "F" block spectrum licensed by the FCC, specifically including the wireless communications systems developed, purchased or operated by the Company in connection with any acquired Licenses.
PCS Systems means the wireless cellular communication systems offering "PERSONAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES" authorized under PART 24 of the FCC Rules (47 C.F.R. Section 24.1 ET SEQ). PERMITTED ACQUISITION means, individually and collectively, (a) the American Merger, (b) Permitted Cellular System Acquisitions, (c) Permitted Asset Swaps, (d) Permitted PCS License Acquisitions, and/or (e) any other Acquisition for which the prior written consent of Required Lenders has been obtained (each of ITEMS (a) through (d) being referred to herein as a "SUBJECT TRANSACTION"), SO LONG AS the following requirements have been satisfied for each Permitted Acquisition (PROVIDED THAT, with respect to the American Merger, satisfaction of the requirements under CLAUSES (ii) and
PCS Systems in lieu thereof and inserting at the end of clause (ii) after the term “CDMA” the following words “and/or LTE.”

Related to PCS Systems

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.
