People service agency means any people service unit primarily supported by public funds and not for profit, such as clinics, day care centers, job programs, congregate meal centers, senior citizen programs, and other government funded bodies.
Service agency means the public agency, the State or any local government unit or special purpose district which has the authority to provide police, fire fighting, medical or other emergency services, which has requested the local telephone company to provide an E9-1-1 Telecommunications Service for the purpose of voice-reporting emergencies by the public.
Source Agency means the agency that publishes the Underlying economic indicator and/or Expiration Value for any Contract.
Service Agent means HK Conversion Agency Services Limited or such other person as may from time to time be appointed to act as service agent in relation to a Sub-Fund.

Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.
Metropolitan planning organization means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-1-208.5.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Environmental Protection Agency or “EPA” means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.
Host agency means a public agency, private nonprofit organization, or private sector employer, other than a political party, exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which provides a training site and supervision for a participant.
Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.

Educational entity means a public school district,
Lead planning agency means one or more public entities having stormwater management planning authority designated by the regional stormwater management planning committee pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-3.2, that serves as the primary representative of the committee.
Maintenance Agency means the Builder or any association, society, company, body or committee formed/appointed by the Builder for the Common Purposes.
Applicable Regional Entity means the Regional Entity for the region in which a Network Customer, Transmission Customer, New Service Customer, or Transmission Owner operates. Applicable Standards:
Regional integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention.
