Percentage of Issue Size definition

Percentage of Issue Size means the quotient of (i) the Gross Market Value of all Positions of that issue and (ii) the Issue Size.
Percentage of Issue Size means, with respect to any Debt Security Aggregate Position, the quotient of (i) the Gross Market Value of such Aggregate Position and (ii) the aggregate market value of all such Debt Security issued and still outstanding.

  • Issue Size means the total number of equity securities offered to the Accredited Investors;

  • Class A-3 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Class A-4 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount means, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Indenture Supplement, with respect to the Class C(2020-5) Notes:

  • Issue Terms means either (i) where the Securities are not Exempt Securities, the relevant Final Terms or (ii) where the Securities are Exempt Securities, the relevant Pricing Supplement, in each case, as described below.

  • Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.

  • Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.

  • Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.

  • Class C Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Legal Final Maturity Date means the first Settlement Date on or after the date that is two years after the Termination Date.

  • Class B Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Series B Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.

  • Existing Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Class A Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Ratio Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01.

  • Series B Original Issue Price means with respect to the Series B Preferred Shares, an amount per share equal to US$1.43854 (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any share dividend, share split, combination or other similar recapitalization affecting the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares).

  • Capitalization Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Class B Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Last Original Issue Date means (A) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (including any Notes issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option by the Initial Purchasers), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, the later of (i) the Issue Date and (ii) the last date any Notes are originally issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option; and (B) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to Section 2.03(B), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, either (i) the later of (x) the date such Notes are originally issued and (y) the last date any Notes are originally issued as part of the same offering pursuant to the exercise of an option granted to the initial purchaser(s) of such Notes to purchase additional Notes; or (ii) such other date as is specified in an Officer’s Certificate delivered to the Trustee before the original issuance of such Notes.

  • Initial Liquidation Preference means one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per share of Convertible Preferred Stock.
