Percentage Weight definition

Percentage Weight means the percentage of importance assigned to earnings per share for the determination of the Non-Discretionary Bonus and to personal performance for the determination of the Discretionary Bonus respectively. The sum of the Percentage Weights shall equal 100%.
Percentage Weight means, in relation to an Index Reconstitution Day and with respect to each New Index Constituent, the relevant Percentage Weight determined in relation thereto as described in paragraph A of Part 3 above; and
Percentage Weight means the percentage of total Incentive dependent upon each of (i) corporate objectives for the determination of the corporate performance and (ii) personal objectives for the determination of the individual performance, if applicable. The sum of the Percentage Weight for the two types of objectives shall equal 100%.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Threshold Percentage means 15%.

  • Sharing Percentage means, with respect to any Member, a percentage, expressed as a fraction the numerator of which is the number of Units held by such Member and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Units held by all Members.
