Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.
Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target;
Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.
Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);
Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.
Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.
Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;
Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;
Performance Report means a report in relation to the Flexibility Services provided by a DER, or groups of DER responding to Utilisation Instructions and Discretionary Utilisation Requests in accordance with Schedule 5;
Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target;
Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.
Benefits Specialist means a specialized position that would primarily be responsible for coordinating Client applications and appeals for State and Federal benefits.
Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.
Housing Specialist means a specialized position dedicated to developing the full array of housing options for their program and monitoring their sustainability for the population served in accordance with the minimal housing standards policy set by County for their program. The Housing Specialist is also responsible for assisting Participants with applications to low- income housing, housing subsidies, senior housing, etc.
Peer Recovery Specialist/Counselor means an individual who has been through the same or similar Recovery process as those he/she is now assisting to attain their Recovery goals while getting paid for this function by the program. A Peer Recovery Specialist/Counselor’s practice is informed by his/her own experience.
ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.
Performance evaluation means evaluation of work and program participation as well as other areas of behavior.
System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
