Performance Data definition

Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;
Performance Data means all data relating to the performance of the Communication Services as implemented for CUSTOMER, including without limitation all test and performance data, as well as usability feedback data generated during the use of the Communication Services;
Performance Data means the data submitted by Contractor to OHA in connection with the Performance Measures deliverables required under 42 CFR § 438.330(a) and (c) and as set out in further detail in Ex. B, Part 10 of the Contract.

Performance Data is data regarding a campaign gathered during delivery of an Ad pursuant to the IO (e.g., number of impressions, interactions, and header information), but excluding Site Data or IO Details.
