Examples of Permal Group in a sentence

  • If any Permal Designee shall cease to serve as a director of the Company for any reason, the vacancy resulting thereby shall be filled by another person designated by Permal Group.

  • In addition, AMSF’s ability to redeem its investments from the SPFs, specifically structured for investment by the Permal Group only, should not be constrained by liquidity needs of investors other than the Permal Group.

  • The Permal Group is a pioneer of multi-manager hedge funds and has been managing alternative investments since 1973.

  • GECC, Permal Group, the Hawlxx Xxxup and THLi agree to use their best efforts to designate successors to fill any such vacancies as promptly as practicable.

  • AMSF intends to invest primarily in Portfolio Funds which are special purpose funds that have been specifically structured and are managed for the Permal Group (“SPF”).
