Permitted Debt Documents definition

Permitted Debt Documents means, collectively, the Senior Note Documents and any other documents evidencing, guaranteeing or otherwise governing Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness in respect thereof.
Permitted Debt Documents means, collectively, (a) the Senior Note Documents; (b) any documents evidencing, guaranteeing or otherwise governing any Permitted Accounts Receivable Securitization; (c) any documents evidencing, guaranteeing or otherwise governing Permitted Additional Indebtedness; or (d) Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness of any of the foregoing.
Permitted Debt Documents means such agreements and documents as may be executed to evidence any Permitted Debt or any Permitted Refinancing Debt in respect thereof, as the same shall be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 6.2(k) and (l).

  • The failure to generate sufficient liquidity could therefore cause defaults under the Permitted Debt Documents and significantly adversely affect the value of the VF Notes and the Notes.

Permitted Debt Documents is defined in Section 5.02 of this Agreement.
