Permitted General Solicitation Communication definition

Permitted General Solicitation Communication shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 herein.
Permitted General Solicitation Communication means the General Solicitation Communications set forth on Schedule D.

  • Commercial solid waste means all types of solid waste generated by stores, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and other nonmanufacturing activities, excluding residential and industrial wastes.

All references in this Agreement to financial statements and schedules and other information which are “contained,” “included” or “stated” in, or “part of” the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, and all other references of like import, shall be deemed to mean and include all such financial statements and schedules and other information which is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, as the case may be. All references in this Agreement to amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus shall be deemed to mean and include the filing of any document under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Exchange Act”) that is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, or the Prospectus, as the case may be. The Company hereby confirms its agreements with the Underwriters as follows:

  • Collaborative law communication means a statement, whether oral or in a record, or verbal or nonverbal, to which both of the following apply:

  • Issuer Free Writing Communication means a Free Writing Communication prepared by or on behalf of the Issuers, used or referred to by the Issuers or containing a description of the final terms of the Offered Securities or of their offering, in the form retained in the Issuers’ records.

  • Free Writing Communication means a written communication (as such term is defined in Rule 405) that constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy the Offered Securities and is made by means other than the Preliminary Offering Circular or the Final Offering Circular.

  • Industrial solid waste means solid waste generated by manufacturing or industrial processes that is not a hazardous waste. Such waste may include, but is not limited to, waste resulting from the following manufacturing processes: electric power generation; fertilizer/agricultural chemicals; food and related products or byproducts; inorganic chemicals; iron and steel manufacturing; leather and leather products; nonferrous metals manufacturing or foundries; organic chemicals; plastics and resins manufacturing; pulp and paper industry; rubber and miscellaneous plastic products; stone, glass, clay, and concrete products; textile manufacturing; transportation equipment; and water treatment. This term does not include mining waste or oil and gas waste.

  • Municipal solid waste or “MSW” shall mean waste material: (a) generated by a household (including a single or multifamily residence); or (b) generated by a commercial, industrial, or institutional entity, to the extent that the waste material (1) is essentially the same as waste normally generated by a household; (2) is collected and disposed of with other municipal solid waste as part of normal municipal solid waste collection services; and (3) contains a relative quantity of hazardous substances no greater than the relative quantity of hazardous substances contained in waste material generated by a typical single-family household.]

  • Advertisement means a notice that is broadcast or published to the general public or specific market segments about your goods, products or services for the purpose of attracting customers or supporters. For the purposes of this definition:

  • Electioneering communication means a communication that:

  • Advertising means the planning, creating, or placing of advertising in newspapers, magazines,

  • radio communication means communication by means of radio waves;

  • Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.

  • Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent.

  • State contract solicitation means a request by a state agency or quasi-public agency, in whatever form issued, including, but not limited to, an invitation to bid, request for proposals, request for information or request for quotes, inviting bids, quotes or other types of submittals, through a competitive procurement process or another process authorized by law waiving competitive procurement.

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.

  • Rule 506(d) Related Party means a person or entity that is a beneficial owner of such Buyer’s securities for purposes of Rule 506(d).

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;
