Permitted Line of Business definition

Permitted Line of Business as defined in Section 7.14(a).
Permitted Line of Business means, with respect to the specified Person, lines of business engaged in by such Person and its subsidiaries such that such Person and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are substantially engaged in businesses that are (i) qualified business of master limited partnerships and (ii) energy-related.
Permitted Line of Business means the business engaged in by Borrower as of the date of this Agreement, and businesses reasonably ancillary thereto.

Examples of Permitted Line of Business in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall not engage in any business other than (a) the Permitted Line of Business and (b) such other lines of business which are reasonably related thereto or are reasonable extensions thereof or any business or activity that is reasonably similar thereto.

  • Engage in any material line of business substantially different from those lines of business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof or any business substantially related or incidental thereto or any Permitted Line of Business.

  • GBHC shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, own, manage or conduct any operation other than a Permitted Line of Business.

  • No Loan Party shall, nor shall it permit any Subsidiary to, engage in any business other than a Permitted Line of Business.

More Definitions of Permitted Line of Business

Permitted Line of Business means a line of business in which the Borrower and the Subsidiaries are permitted to engage pursuant to Section 6.9.
Permitted Line of Business means, with respect to the specified Person, lines of business engaged in by such Person and its subsidiaries such that such Person and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are substantially engaged in businesses that generate revenue from energy-related activities and other activities incidental thereto.
Permitted Line of Business means businesses in substantially the same fields as the businesses conducted by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries on the Closing Date and business activities reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto.
Permitted Line of Business means any business related to those currently conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
