Permitted Materials definition

Permitted Materials means the materials handled by Tenant in the ordinary course of conducting Permitted Activities.

Permitted Materials means the materials, which are not Hazardous Materials or which are Hazardous Materials in amounts and usage permitted by law, handled by Tenant in the ordinary course of conducting the Permitted Use and any Hazardous Materials that are listed by name and maximum quantity and approved by Landlord on Exhibit C attached hereto.

• Landlord or Landlord’s representative shall have the right but not the obligation to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the storage, use and disposal of Permitted Materials to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws.

• Should it be determined that said Permitted Materials are being improperly stored, used, or disposed of, Tenant shall immediately take such corrective action as requested by Landlord.

• Unless expressly identified on an addendum to this Lease, as of the date hereof there are no "Permitted Activities" or "Permitted Materials" for purposes of the foregoing provision and none shall exist unless and until approved in writing by the Landlord.

• Any such use, storage and disposal shall be subject to all of the terms of this Section (except for the terms prohibiting same), and Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining any required permits and paying any fees and providing any testing required by any governmental agency with respect to the Permitted Materials.

• Should it be determined, in Landlord's sole opinion, that any Permitted Materials are being improperly stored, used or disposed of, then Tenant shall immediately take such corrective action as requested by Landlord.
