Harvested Material definition

Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

Harvested Material means any part of a plant with potential economic value or any product made directly therefrom in proper cases.

Harvested Material means any harvested material to which the rights of a grantee under section 28(1) are extended by virtue of section 28(7);

Examples of Harvested Material in a sentence

• Details means details of the Licensed Varieties, details of the Sale/purchase of Seed and Harvested Material, your name, your address, and details of your business or company (including ABN and CBH and/or NGR number).

• End Point Royalty or EPR means the royalty payable by you for every tonne of Harvested Material Sold or Consumed by you, or Retained Seed Sold by you as permitted by clause 14(C)(3).

• The Grower must pay to Owner/Distributor a Royalty calculated by reference to each metric tonne of Harvested Material the Grower produces less any quantity of Retained Seed.
