Perpetual Preferred Shares definition

Perpetual Preferred Shares has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Perpetual Preferred Shares means the Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Shares, with a liquidation preference of $25 per share, of SRGL.
Perpetual Preferred Shares means the Perpetual Preferred Shares issued pursuant to this Agreement.
