Perpetual Preferred Shares definition

Perpetual Preferred Shares has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Perpetual Preferred Shares means preferred shares which are nonredeemable, non-retractable and not the subject of any buy-sell arrangement.
Perpetual Preferred Shares means the Series D Perpetual Preferred Shares, in each case having the rights, restrictions, privileges and preferences specified in the Description of Stock.
