Person so Engaged means the person who is engaged by the Owner to co-ordinate and supervise the process of designing, planning, constructing, fitting out, completing and marketing the Development. 「如此聘用的人」指擁有人聘用以統籌和監管發展項目的設計﹑規劃﹑建造﹑裝置﹑完成及銷售的過程的人士。

  • A Purchaser who signs the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase to purchase any of the following designated residential properties (some of which are included in this price list and the others are included in other different price lists of the Development) may be entitled to receive one Gold Ingot in the value of HK$98,000 provided by the Person so Engaged, for each such residential property purchased.

  • The Purchaser must choose the same payment method for all the residential properties purchased under the same Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase ; (b) "Vendor" means MTR Corporation Limited and "Person so Engaged" means City Century Development Limited, the person engaged by MTR Corporation Limited to co-ordinate and supervise the processof designing, planning, constructing, fitting out, completing and marketing the Phase.

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise means a for-profit small business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically disadvantaged individuals or, in the case of a corporation, in which 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals; and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.
