Persons Indemnified definition

Persons Indemnified means, when used with respect to a Party, collectively or individually (as the context might indicate), the Party, the Party's Affiliates and permitted successors and assigns, and the directors, officers, representatives, agents and employees of each of them.
Persons Indemnified means the Owner and its officers, directors, employees, members, agents, managers, successors and assigns of each of them.
Persons Indemnified means, collectively or individually (as the context might indicate), Alabama Power, Alabama Power’s Affiliates, and The Southern Company, and the directors, officers, representatives, agents and employees of each of them.
