PPL means a petroleum production licence granted pursuant to the Petroleum Act;
Exelon means Exelon Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, or any Eligible Successor thereof.
boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes, Vendor certifies business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
Bancorp means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation.
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
Parent Holding Company means any direct or indirect parent entity of Holdings which holds directly or indirectly 100% of the Equity Interest of Holdings and which does not hold Capital Stock in any other Person (except for any other Parent Holding Company).
Resulting Company means a domestic limited liability company formed as a consequence of a division.
DPL means Delmarva Power & Light Company, a DPSC regulated utility company.
Wireline means a cable containing one or more electrical conductors which is used to lower and raise logging tools in the well-bore.
The Company means save as otherwise defined at Article 6.9 the company intended to be regulated by these Articles and referred to in Article 2;
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;
CTS means the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
CSW means Clinical Social Worker and refers to an individual who meets the minimum professional and licensure requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, Section 625, and has two (2) years of post-master's clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3
Railway means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the Railway or Successor Railway authorized to deal with any matters, which these presents are concerned on his behalf.
Company has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
Solar energy means the sun used as the sole source of energy for producing electricity.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
