Petroleum Engineers means such petroleum engineers of recognized national standing as may be selected by Loan Parties with the prior consent of Agent.

  • Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc., (b) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P. and (c) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
