Petroleum Engineers means (i) DeGolyer & McNaughton, (ii) McDaniel & Associates Consultants Lt▇. ▇▇ (ii▇) ▇▇▇▇ other p▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ engineers of recognized national standing as may be selected by Borrower with the prior consent of Agent.
