Petroleum products terminals definition

Petroleum products terminals means an area where petroleum products are supplied by pipeline or barge; where petroleum products are stored in aboveground tanks; where petroleum products are transferred to trucks for transport to other locations; or where petroleum products are stored in aboveground tanks and are transferred to trucks for transport to other locations.
Petroleum products terminals means an area where petroleum products are supplied by pipeline or barge; and where petroleum products are stored in above- ground tanks, or are transferred to trucks for transport to other locations, or both. This general permit authorizes new and existing discharges described as follows from petroleum products terminals to surface waters of the State of Indiana:

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • Petroleum product means petroleum, refined petroleum products, nonpetroleum renewable resources, propane, butane, natural gas, corn and other energy-related commodities, including, without limitation, blend components commonly used in the petroleum industry to improve characteristics of, or meet governmental or customer specifications for, petroleum, refined petroleum or renewable diesel products.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.
