Pharmaceutical Benefit definition

Pharmaceutical Benefit has the meaning given to the term ‘pharmaceutical benefit’ in subsection 84(1) of the Act.
Pharmaceutical Benefit means any medicine listed in the PBS that is dispensed to the Member.
Pharmaceutical Benefit means General Treatment provided in the form of the supply of a medicine or drug that is prescribed and dispensed to the Member in accordance with these Rules (including the Schedules to these Rules).

Pharmaceutical Benefit has the meaning given in the Act which, at
