Pharmacy discount card means a paper or plastic device or other mechanism, arrangement, account, or other device that does not constitute insurance, as defined in 33-1-201, that purports to grant, for a consideration, a discount or access to a discount on one or more prescription drugs, and that is not combined with another type of medical care discount.

  • Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this

  • Retail pharmacy means a pharmaceutical facility dispensing prescription drugs and devices to the general public.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES.   • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.
