Phase 2 Area definition

Phase 2 Area means the area denoted as Phase 2 in Exhibit C. This area denotes the section of Autumn Strasse where the construction of the roadway and utilities will be partially completed by the Developer and will be finished by the City as a capital improvement project consistent with the City’s planning and budgeting for such work.
Phase 2 Area means a portion of the Redevelopment Area, as identified and described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Phase 2 Area means that portion of the Urban Renewal Area comprised of approximately 244 acres which area was described in the amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan approved on October 26, 1992.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
