Phase 2 Completion definition

Phase 2 Completion shall be amended to mean January 31, 2023.
Phase 2 Completion means when the Phase 2 Building Completion Certificate has been issued and Service Completion Certificates for all of the Services have been issued in respect of all of the Phase 2 Areas.
Phase 2 Completion shall have occurred when all of the following shall have been Successfully Completed: (i) Delivery and Final Acceptance have occurred of 288 flight-ready Phase 2 Satellites for launch into orbit (as defined in the Statement of Work); (ii) Constellation of 288 Phase 2 Satellites are on-orbit and have Successfully Completed IOT; (iii) Site Acceptance Tests have been Successfully Completed for the Phase 2 Satellite Control Ground Segment; and (iv) Delivery and Final Acceptance have occurred of 12 flight-ready spare Phase 2 Satellites for launch into orbit (as defined in the Statement of Work);. (v) 12 flight-ready spare Phase 2 Satellites are on-orbit and have Successfully Completed IOT.

Examples of Phase 2 Completion in a sentence

  • The Phase 2 Completion of Construction shall occur no later than March 18, 2018.

  • Prior to the Phase 2 Commencement of Construction, Concessionaire shall post and maintain until the Phase 2 Completion of Construction a bond, cash deposit or other form of security acceptable to the City in the initial amount of not less than $100,000.

  • Receipt by the Intercreditor Agent of a duly executed and completed notice of project completion from the Borrower certifying that the conditions in this Section 14.3 (Conditions to Occurrence of the Project Phase 2 Completion Date) have been met.

  • All Delay Liquidated Damages and Performance Liquidated Damages that were due and payable as of the Project Phase 2 Completion Date under each Material Construction Contract (excluding any damages that are the subject of a dispute) in excess of $10,000,000, shall have been deposited into the appropriate Account(s) and applied as set forth in the Common Security and Account Agreement.

  • The Borrower reasonably believes that the Facility Debt Commitments and funds on deposit in the Construction Account, Contingency Reserve Account, the Phase 1 Pre-Completion Revenues Account, the Phase 2 Pre- Completion Revenues Account and the Permitted Finance Costs Reserve Account shall be sufficient to achieve the Project Phase 1 Completion Date by the Phase 1 LNG Facility Date Certain and the Project Phase 2 Completion Date by the Phase 2 LNG Facility Date Certain.

  • Within 120 days after the Project Phase 2 Completion Date, Borrower shall deliver to the Intercreditor Agent an as-built survey of the LNG Facility Site and the LNG Facility located on it in accordance with and meeting all requirements and information required for the initial survey referred to in Section 4.1(j)(i) (Conditions to Initial Closing Date and Initial Advance – Real Property).

  • Developer hereby agrees that, subject only to Force Majeure and Section 2.04 hereof, Developer shall Substantially Complete construction of (a) Phase 1 of the Project on or before December 31, 2014 (the "Phase 1 Completion Date") as set forth in the Performance Milestones attached hereto as Exhibit G, and (b) the balance of Phase 2 of the Project on or before the Phase 2 Completion Date set forth in the Performance Milestones attached hereto as Exhibit G.

  • Without prejudice to any other remedy available to the City, Concessionaire shall remit to the City as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the amount of $70/day for each day following March 18, 2018 that the Phase 2 Completion of Construction has not occurred.

  • Either (a) the Project Phase 1 Completion Date does not occur by the Phase 1 LNG Facility Date Certain or (b) the Project Phase 2 Completion Date does not occur by the Phase 2 LNG Facility Date Certain.

  • If the Phase 2 Completion of the Construction has not occurred by March 18, 2018, the City may in its sole discretion terminate this Agreement and require Concessionaire to vacate the Property upon three years’ written notice.


More Definitions of Phase 2 Completion

Phase 2 Completion shall have the meaning set forth in Article 7.2.
Phase 2 Completion the completion of all aspects, including receipt of payment, of the sale and purchase of the Phase 2 Shares and Loose Share so that the Buyer has unconditional perfected title to all the Phase 2 Shares and Loose Share as provided for in Schedule 4;
Phase 2 Completion means, in relation to a Phase 2 Territory, "Completion" under the Transfer Agreement(s) relating to that Territory;
Phase 2 Completion has the meaning given to it in Appendix L (Phase 1 Completion and Phase 2 Completion) of Schedule 6 (Finance);
Phase 2 Completion shall have the meaning given to the termFinal Acceptance” in the Bechtel Construction Contract.

Related to Phase 2 Completion

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Final Completion means acceptance of the Work by the County as evidenced by its signature upon Final Certificate of Completion and approval thereof by the Board of County Commissioners. The Final Certificate of Completion shall be signed only after the County has assured itself by tests, inspection or otherwise that all of the provisions of the Contract have been carried out to its satisfaction.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
