Project Completion definition

Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project costs, except for Pre-Agreement Expenses, shall be incurred between the effective date of the Agreement, and the Project Completion Date as set forth in the Project Completion Certification determined and identified herein.
