Project Completion definition

Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Provided further that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Time Extension shall be due and applicable only for the Works which are affected by the aforesaid events or circumstances and shall not in any manner affect the Project Completion Schedule for and in respect of the Works which are not affected hereunder.

  • If the Authority’s Engineer shall determine that completion of the Project Highway is not feasible within the time specified in the Agreement, it shall require the Contractor to indicte within 15 (fifteen) days the steps proposed to be take to expedite progress, and the period within which the Project Completion Date shall be achieved.

  • Subject to the provisions of Clause 8.2, the Site shall be made available by the Authority to the Contractor pursuant hereto free from all Encumbrances and occupations and without the Contractor being required to make any payment to the Authority because of any costs, compensation, expenses and charges for the acquisition and use of such Site for the duration of the Project Completion Schedule.
