Phase I Commencement Date definition

Phase I Commencement Date and the "Phase II Commencement Date" shall mean the dates determined in accordance with Section 3 hereof.

Phase I Commencement Date means the first day of the first calendar month immediately following the expiration of 6 months after the date on which Landlord delivers possession of the Phase I(b) Premises to Tenant in the condition required by this Lease.

• For purposes of documenting the current condition of the FF&E, Tenant and Landlord shall, prior to the Phase I Commencement Date, as to the Phase I Premises, and prior to the Phase II Commencement Date, as to the Phase II Premises, conduct a joint walk-through of the Premises in order to inventory items of damage or disrepair in the FF&E.

• Landlord will deliver the Phase I Premises and the Phase II Premises with all HVAC systems in good operating condition on the Phase I Commencement Date and the Phase II Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Phase I Commencement Date

Phase I Commencement Date means October 1, 2017.

Phase I Commencement Date shall be (i) the date on which Landlord has substantially completed the Landlord Work (if any) and tendered possession of the Phase I Premises to Tenant; or (ii) any earlier date upon which Tenant, with Lxxxxxxx’s written permission, takes possession of any portion of the Phase I Premises to commence construction of the Tenant Work.

Phase I Commencement Date means the first date that the Gaming Enterprise is open to the public and Gaming is being conducted at the Property on a temporary interim basis.

Phase I Commencement Date means the date that the Bridger Compression Station (as defined in the EnCana Agreement) is placed in service.

Phase I Commencement Date shall be the Substantial Completion Date (as defined in the Tenant Improvement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B) with respect to that portion of the Expansion Space commonly identified as 100 Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Jose, California, containing approximately 27,087 rentable square feet (the “Phase I Space”), which date is estimated to be October 1, 2005 (the “Phase I Target Delivery Date”).
