Phase II Prepayment definition

Phase II Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt: the Phase II Prepayment amount is an estimate only and shall not limit Customer’s obligation to pay Company for all Company Reimbursable Costs actually incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates.

Related to Phase II Prepayment

  • Initial Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.

  • Reinvestment Prepayment Amount with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the Reinvestment Deferred Amount relating thereto less any amount expended prior to the relevant Reinvestment Prepayment Date to acquire or repair assets useful in the Borrower’s business.

  • Principal Prepayment in Full Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor of the entire principal balance of a Mortgage Loan.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.
