Phase III Commencement Date definition

Phase III Commencement Date means the date upon which all of the Phase III Commencement Date conditions have been achieved or waived, as set forth in Section 3.3.1(B)(2) of the Gas Agreement.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);
